1. Introduction

Welcome to Booqat.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a digital platform operated by Booqat International Services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Booking Platform”) to search for, schedule, and manage appointments for beauty, wellness, personal care, fitness, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Booking Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws of the State of Qatar.

2. Our Role

Booqat is an online appointment booking platform that connects users (“you” or “Customer”) with independent third-party service providers (“Service Providers” or “Providers”).

• We act solely as a booking facilitator and do not provide or perform any services.
• All services booked through the platform are rendered by independent Providers.
• Booqat is not a party to your service agreement and is not liable for service execution or quality.

3. Bookings and Appointments

Through the Booking Platform, you can:

• Search for Providers
• View available services and time slots
• Make and manage appointments online

Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email or through on-screen notification.

• You are entering into a direct contract with the Service Provider.
• Booqat is not responsible for cancellations, no-shows, service quality, or delivery.
• Payments, receipts, and refunds are handled directly by the Service Provider.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made via the Booking Platform or as directed in your booking confirmation.
• Unless otherwise stated, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or “no-shows” may incur fees at the Provider’s discretion, up to the full cost of the booked service.

6. User Accounts and Conduct

To book services, you may be required to register an account.

• Provide accurate and current personal and contact details
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use the platform responsibly and lawfully
• Treat Service Providers and their staff with respect
• Refrain from fake bookings, abusive behavior, or misuse of platform features

7. Responsibilities of Service Providers

All Providers listed on Booqat must be legally registered in Qatar. Each Provider is solely responsible for:

• Delivering the booked Services
• Ensuring their compliance with business, health, and safety regulations
• Managing customer communications, refunds, delays, and complaints

All service-related issues should be addressed directly with the Provider.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

All Providers listed on Booqat must be legally registered in Qatar. Each Provider is solely responsible for:

• Information such as service descriptions, images, prices, and availability are provided by Providers. Booqat does not guarantee accuracy or availability.
• All content, logos, software, and media on the platform are the intellectual property of Booqat or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written permission.
• User-submitted content (e.g., reviews) must be lawful, honest, and not infringe any third-party rights.

• Any disputes between you and a Provider

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar

• If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Qatar, unless an amicable resolution is reached.

13. Modifications to Terms

Booqat may update these Terms from time to time.

• The version of the Terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.
• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access or interfere with platform functionality
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Circumvent the booking platform by soliciting users or Providers off-platform

Booqat and Service Providers shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, wars, pandemics, labor strikes, or internet failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Booqat, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Booking Platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights

17. Customer Reviews and Feedback

Customers may post reviews after using the services. Booqat does not verify the truthfulness of reviews.
We reserve the right to remove reviews or feedback that:

• Are defamatory, misleading, or abusive
